Life has a way of holding joy and grief in the same breath 💔✨

These photos are from an incredible WNBA Creator Collective experience – three cities in one day, unforgettable moments, and pure magic. But the next day, one of our family dogs, Tokyo, made her transition. There was a lot of love and there's still so much love for her.

I went from Las Vegas to Phoenix to LA, then drove back to Vegas and back to Orange County. Looking back, I think something was prompting me to soak up all that joy the day before it turned into this wave of sadness, love, longing, and nostalgia. All within 48 hours.

I'm so grateful I started therapy again recently. When you're experiencing every emotion at once (and let's be real – it's a LOT), having someone to talk to makes all the difference. They don't even have to give advice sometimes – just having space to process, to be asked the hard questions without shutting down because it's too painful... that matters.

I'll still be here posting content – inspiration, not obligation. When I get back into town, I'm jumping back into Roblox because I miss my besties!
