It is with great sadness that we report the passing of Val Kilmer, confirmed by The New York Times. He was 65. Kilmer had been battling throat cancer for several years.

Best known for playing Bruce Wayne in Batman Forever, channeling Jim Morrison in Oliver Stone’s The Doors, and portraying a tubercular Doc Holliday in Tombstone, Kilmer had a remarkable run as a leading man through the ’80s and ’90s. His credits include Top Gun, Real Genius, Willow, Heat, and The Saint.

In 2021, he made a brief but emotional return to the screen in Top Gun: Maverick, though cancer had taken his voice by then.

Rest in peace, #ValKilmer 🦇

RIP to the legendary George Foreman, who has passed away at 76. A boxing icon, he won Olympic gold in 1968 at the Mexico City Games before becoming a two-time heavyweight champion.

Outside the ring, he became a household name with the George Foreman Grill and even appeared in films as himself in Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian (2009) and as a fight announcer in The Fighter (2010)

A true legend in and out of the ring. Rest in Peace #GeorgeForeman

Oscar-winning actor Gene Hackman was found dead alongside his wife, classical pianist Betsy Arakawa, and their dog in their Santa Fe home on Wednesday afternoon.

Hackman was 95 at the time of his death and his wife 63. The office confirmed that foul play is not suspected as a factor in the deaths at this time, but the cause of death has not been determined.

“On February 26, 2025 at approximately 1:45 p.m., Santa Fe County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to an address on Old Sunset Trail in Hyde Park where Gene Hackman, 95 and his wife Betsy Arakawa, 64, and a dog were found deceased,” the Santa Fe County Sheriff’s office told Fox News Digital early Thursday morning.

May they rest in peace. This is so tragic.
