It's looking like our video is going to be out Tuesday or Wednesday of this week instead of our normal Monday morning. Turns out, these deck overviews take awhile to piece together and I'm about halfway done with card images and the like.

Good news though!

This means that I can probably make some amends to the video depending on how Monday's BNR announcement goes for the format. I would be surprised if any changes are made (not that they are not needed to spice things up, please give us some unbans WOTC), but who knows what happens being as RCQ season is just about here.

Thanks again for all of your support, our channel growth has been incredible these past 6 months and we are still on the way up! Also let us know in the comments what Modern video content you'd like to see me take a crack at that I haven't done yet!

We are taking this week off to focus on getting the Modern RCQ Deck primer (haven't landed on the title of it yet) finished, but it will be similar to what we did this past summer in terms of "What you should be playing in Modern?"

Expect to see the recurring characters of decks, but there have been some new comers and some outliers I thought would be fun to shine a light on that, if you already have the cards for them, may be fun to try. Of course some of the mainstays of the format have had some new wrinkles thrown in them over the past year, so being aware of those for your matchups is also a good thing to have highlighted.

Also expect to see format coverage videos pop up, similar to what we did last year during the RC season. You all seem to enjoy those so we will continue them, especially since there are still 5 (wow) more sets left this year that could impact the format.

A lot of times this is something that creators put behind a paywall and I know I get frustrated trying to piece together why someone makes one decision or another, so let me know if there is something you would like to be touched on or shown in this section!

Thanks as always for supporting the channel! This has been an incredible past few months growth wise and I have all of you to thank for it 🙏

This week's video will not be out tonight. It has turned into a bit of a doozy considering my schedule and some of the thoroughness I have applied to combining tournament numbers and the like. This style of video usually takes me longer to throw together. That's somewhat on me, but also we are in December and there are plenty of commitments during this month that we can count in terms of the numerous holidays. SO! The video will be out, but probably closer to Tuesday. You guys have been eating these Modern Format Video Essays up so I am excited to get it finished.
