Welcome to the Camppatton Family Compound. In 2015 we started looking for a place to retire to OUTSIDE of California. My daughter had married at college and was going to settle down in Idaho. My wife said we should look there because she wanted to be near the grandbabies. We found a 4.8 acre lot with a house and a two stall garage and a small workshop, for $130,000. The price was great but the property needs a lot of work and our daughter & husband moved in while we were waiting to retire, and we now have 4 grandsons. In 2021 we got a second 1 acre place & house across the street.
Please join us as we fix up the properties, plant garden beds, an orchard and get ready to raise some livestock. Watch as we make our little place a safe haven for our family.

The Staff Sergeant has left for commiefornia this morning. This means I have two weeks to get the raised planter beds' irrigation worked out.
Edit: 12 hours after she left she texted me that she was back at the commiefornia house and was unpacked!
