Holy I haven’t made a post her in so long-
Anyways… for ‪@stxrm.bringerৎ‬ and anyone else who wants to learn this text!
I might explain this like really badly but I’ll try. In a separate project, just use a black background and put normal white text (no shadows or glows yet), and just fade in and adjust it to the audio you’re using. Then, with the two wavy overlay pic things down below, set them as an overlay in the project (make sure they are over the text) and click splice then overlay. As seen in the second photo, add two key frames so the wavy things (ik some professional terminology) move from left to right slowly. This creates the effect where the white lines move and it looks really cool! Then export it and go to your actual project, set as overlay, chroma key out the black, and add the effects glow 2 and ripple. (sorry I know this isnt the exact text from what you asked for, but it’s basically the same).
