Dragon Ball Z Faulconer Re-Mix is an ongoing project to authentically re-score the Saiyan and Namek Sagas of Dragon Ball Z with the Faulconer Productions score. Many new tracks were composed for certain episodes, scenes, and characters using the same original hardware synths used for the show. A lot of care was made to make tracks fit and match to-scene, as well as avoid using any tracks from later arcs that would sound anachronistic to deliver as authentic a rescore restoration work as possible. This is a loving tribute to fans who grew up watching American Dragon Ball Z, new fans curious about experiencing this version of Dragon Ball Z, and all the hard work from the original composers of the show.
Full musical suites of each episode will release on YouTube every other Thursday morning. It's important that no episode is rushed and we deliver the best quality experience we can.

Marcelo Zuniga

Happy 4th of July!! To everyone who's been patiently waiting for our Namek episodes all year, I wanna quickly thank you for your enthusiasm and frequent poking/prodding. I promise, you won't wait too much longer. These episodes were a lot of pressure and proved extraordinarily difficult. Even though we never rushed, it still took us a long time. A day rarely went by when we weren't working on this in some capacity. But it's been a challenge to carefully reverse-engineer a lot of the work and style of the very first in-house FUNimation episodes from 1999. We all flew to Texas and learned some pointers from Mike Smith personally to try and carefully match his style. A lot of things would not have been possible without the months of work and planning we did.
The next batch includes 14 episodes, the bulk of the Namek Saga (45-58). As the editor/planner, I was always careful to try and build off the Ginyu Force episodes backwards, using and phasing out most of our music from the Saiyan Saga, while also trying to deliver new memorable themes on the side. As a result, these episodes were a lot more challenging than we could've ever imagined. But it's important to feel like you could watch these and then get to Ep 68 without feeling like anything changed.
So with that, stay tuned! We're wrapping up the last of it and we'll be putting out fun little trailers and promos to help get you excited!
-Marcelo

Hi all! We were alerted that a number of the episodes' links are not working. That's being rectified throughout the day today, so if you're new to the channel and would like to be able to download our work, the links in the descriptions of each episode should be fixed by the end of the day today. It's unclear why that happened, but everything is backed up, so it's not terribly difficult to fix.
UPDATE: All episodes' links should be working properly.

Thank you for helping us hit 2,000 subscribers on this channel! We’re excited to be able to share our work with so many people, and we appreciate all of your support and enthusiasm!
Since many of you have asked, yes, the Namek Saga (episodes 45-58) is getting close to being done. We’ll share a trailer when we lock down a date! It’s been by far the most challenging arc to plan and produce. We want it to live up to everyone’s expectations—including our own—and we are laser-focused on it naturally flowing to what Mike and Bruce began with those early Ginyu episodes. We can’t wait to show it to you soon! Thanks for subscribing, and we hope you continue to enjoy Dragon Ball Z: Faulconer Re-Mix!!

DRAGON BALL Z FAULCONER PRODUCTIONS MUSIC TRACKLIST VER. 1.0.0
This has been a long time coming, and it was a massive undertaking. Below you will find a link to a Google sheet which lists every* single track that plays in every episode of Dragon Ball Z from 67/68, "Ginyu Assault," to 291, "Goku's Next Journey." The structure includes the track name, an indicator of whether it is where a track debuted, and notes about the track or its specific appearance, such as whether it included a unique edit or embellishment(s). There are also links for most of the tracks in the column detailing the tracks' release status.
The second sheet consists of a comprehensive list of every unique track in chronological order and the corresponding debut episode. We also included the composer where we know who wrote it. The third sheet has information about the CDs.
A few notes about the version 1.0 release:
>>The tracklist is mostly complete and searchable by hitting [Ctrl] + [f]. There are some aspects, such as track lists for the second half of the YTV broadcast of "Incredible Force" and other YTV variants, that we have not been able to verify. We also do not have Next Episode Previews listed. We strongly believe there are 7 unique ones, but we have not gone through all 224 episodes' Next Episode Previews to compare them and identify each one.
>>We named lots of tracks that do not have official names. Rather than going the typical fan route of calling them something cool, we tried to run with either internal names when we knew them (e.g. "Trunks Stews"), or names that are consistent with the team's internal naming conventions ("Cell Absorbs Man (I)").
>>Some of the "official" names from the CDs have been corrected for consistency (e.g. "Gohan vs. Doubler" is corrected to "Gohan vs. Dabura," "Kame's Tale" is corrected to "Kami's Tale," etc.). Most of these instances stem from early translations being provided to Cakemix Studios by Funimation which were not reflective of the names used in the show.
>>While many tracks have YouTube links, some are still being updated. Some may link to the wrong track entirely due to edits to the spreadsheet. *The links are still a work in progress.* The release timing came down to deciding whether to share the substance of the list now while the links still aren't perfect but the information is correct, or to wait for what could be a pretty long period of time to finish updating all the links. The links will continue to be updated and corrected over time, and eventually, we will confirm the completion of the 2.0 version which will be both content-complete and have links for everything.
>>The color schemes of each episode's chart are reflective of the primary color used in the corresponding episode's title card, in case anyone was curious.
>>If anyone who looks at this happened to be working at the studio at the time and is able to contribute any corrections, especially if there were internal track names we can reference, feel free to let us know!
Happy Holidays everyone! We'll see you on Namek in 2025!
