Dr. Zulfikar Alimuddin is a transformative leader, social entrepreneur, coach, master trainer, and various director institutions. With a background as an Aerospace Engineer, Dr. Zulfikar who has an interest in the issue of Knowledge and Humans is called to develop concepts, methods, and techniques for teaching through various experiences and sharpen them with his doctoral research under the title "People and Knowledge Management". Dr. Zulfikar put forward Action Learning and Knowledge Creation approach as the main basis for capacity development teacher teaching using PCK (Pedagogical Content Knowledge) and the measurement approach of a teaching process.
