Good video.
They normally switch the form off entirely when there is a spate of cancellations.
If you have an existing licence and you pay by DD, best to call them anyway, you can ask about a refund that way.
Generally they tend not to give you the hard sell, but just remember you don't watch anything as it's being broadcast and you don't use BBC iPlayer
