Sailing Head Injuries is a YouTube channel dedicated to following the adventures of a trailer sailer yacht named Head Injuries. Join me as I explore the lakes and bays of the east coast of New South Wales, as well as the inland freshwater dams. I'll be staying on board overnight, cooking fish that I catch, and cooking other great meals. I'll also be sharing tips and advice on sailing, camping, and cooking.
