A Mega Talk on “From Idea to Startup: A Guide to Fundraising” was held on 22nd August 2025 at Government Engineering College Sheikhpura, organized by the Startup Cell.

The session was graced by Dr. Jaishanker Prasad Keshari, Principal of GEC Sheikhpura, Prof. Binay Kumar, Faculty In-charge of the Startup Cell, and the Chief Guest Mr. Vikas Gupta, Founding Member of StartupHyper and Co-founder of National Makhana Udyog, the company behind well-known brands like Moso and OG.

Mr. Gupta inspired the students by sharing his journey of building startups and explained how one can raise funds to bring ideas into reality. Principal Dr. Keshari encouraged students to take bold steps in entrepreneurship and assured full support from the institution. Prof. Binay Kumar highlighted the role of the Startup Cell in guiding students toward innovation and startups.
