Welcome to Linux for Seniors.. as a senior myself or older person if you prefer .
Videos are mostly for New users of Linux with Tips & Tricks and mostly simple explanations, later I will add advanced subjects.
* Linux is for all ages & skill levels... users of any age, subscribe... this site has over 500 videos and are searchable .
* How to Linux Tips & Tricks explained , on Video's. * So ... watch the entire video.
* Advertising.. is by YouTube . As I Do NOT Get paid anything related to these Video's .
* I also do not purchase fake subscriptions, or post fake likes - or any thumb's up. Just post Video content.
* ( The Video Comments are OFF ) Due to unresolved Google support ! main reason, comments disappearing... even from me.
I have over 40 years of various hardware, computer & Linux experience.
* Check the "Posts" Tab in the middle of this YouTube page, for various info & discussions.

The Comments on my Videos have been very disappointing from my point of view, as soon as I read and approve, 30-40% of comments ... just plain disappeared .
I have left, My new videos Open for new comments , on and off ...for several months as a test... some comments.... I see and reply to, and some just plain disappear after my approval , and some I do see... then when "I personally" reply to a comment sometimes my own replies disappeared.
I'm sorry, At this point , I will just keep the posts or community open for comments .
I have no confidence.... in the YouTube Comment system.
I'm not alone.... it seems.. based on some of your comments that were posted below... from Other content YouTube providers, this seems like this is occurring to them also.
Background: Now as I stated some several months back, I tried to work with the YouTube support Team, which I think are BOTS, with NO positive feedback, and or lack of caring, it was as.... I was bothering them... by stating my issues.
My channel is SMALL in the Linux Community and also *** NON Profit.
So….I'm Shutting OFF comments on my Videos. See second post for other comments.

Another Message For the Internet Trolls, or anyone with the negative - rude and or inappropriate comments, you will be banned from all comments ...also past and future comments.
There is an old wise statement " If one has nothing good to say "... do not say anything at all.
Please there are other YouTube channels, if you do not like my content.
Once banned I will never see your comments.

Thank you for the one's that responded on my Holiday message, 99% were positive and 1% negative Internet Troll(s), just amazing I guess that some have no Christmas or Holiday spirit .

Hello Folks, in the spirit of Christmas...
The Holiday's can be a wonderful time for you and your family.
My message is simple, spread some good cheer... instead of bad.
Kind words, are always better than negative comments to Anyone.
Some however have no one, to invite them for some Holiday cheer or activity, so just a thought... to spread some holiday cheer.....
If you know of someone in need of a smile or some company due to loneliness or illness , maybe try to think of some way you can to bring some joy in the season to their life.... sometimes the smallest things are big things... to some that have nothing or no one....just say, I was thinking of you ...this Holiday season !
Example: ...Our US Veterans who have protected our nation, and sometimes as they age , would appreciate a kind word or action....when they are in need....with maybe, a simple Christmas cookie or a invite to a lunch or even a dinner, and possibly sharing a Christmas song or ...Two.... kindness can be contagious this time a year.... or it can also be a depressing time to some that are in need.

That you watch your WORDS or Language , since I also have very young folks watching (or Kids) in some cases...... Please ....IF you comment ...... be respectful of Them and also Me.
*** PLEASE keep in mind, I ban Disrespectful People or What I call Trolls ......ONCE you are Banned ,.... I will Never see any of your comments good or bad !
I have most comments on Video's turned OFF ... due to Google support Issues with Unresolved comments Receiving and Posting ie some of these just plain disappeared with this YouTube channel... however I have in past week's, I turned ON some comments... but mostly just Newer Video, and once again very mixed results ...I may see some of your comments (And Thank You for those ) unless You are a Internet Troll being disrespectful. Some of these comments... are well...Gone.... to the never - never land.....some are also removed comments which is out of my control, since YouTube.. has also varying screening Tools.
It gets very old .... to Ban people (Internet Trolls) ...from comments , or even plain delete inappropriate comments !
What is sad in some cases, these People do not think of themselves as Internet Trolls, and think it's normal to be disrespectful to any one, or just grumpy folks that do not care to be nice , to those I say Do not watch my video's and go elsewhere .
**There is an old saying...If you have nothing positive to say , say Nothing....
