I've been in the studio with ‘Alpha Male Andy’ making some lovely guided meditations to support you in your health, wellness and happiness.

⚡️Clear Your First Trapped Emotion to Release physical & Emotional Discomfort

I’ll never forget releasing my first Trapped Emotion.

It was mid-lockdown and I was struggling with IBS.

The crazy ‘c*vid’ times tipped my tummy over the edge!

I felt really uncomfortable – gripey pain, bloating, endless trips to the loo…

…you get the unpleasant picture 🤢

I couldn't see the Dr (didn't want to anyway – they hadn't helped).

I believed my excrutiating symptoms to be linked to my emotions, 

but didn’t know how to deal with that, 
so I asked for help…

…from whatever amazing creative force is behind ‘all that is’.

A few days later, ‘The Emotion Code’ found me through a podcast.

I ordered the book immediately and a few days later

found myself doing the ‘Sway Test’, book in hand.

To my surprise, it worked! 

My subconscious found a Trapped Emotion of Grief

and as I released it, I felt the relief as that energy left my body…

…the excutiating discomfort in my tummy reduced dramatically!

I was sold on The Emotion Code method and have since used it to clear thousands of trapped emotions.

I've cleared them for myself, my family, friends, pets and of course, my lovely clients.

And I still have the same sense of awe that I had that first time

at the power we have,

the innate intelligence of our bodies

to be able to communicate with us,

to tell us what needs to be released…

…to guide us to the emotions that are causing havoc 

in our lives,

in our bodies,

in our relationships,

in any area that’s not working for us!

Anyone can learn this technique with a little practice

enabling them to have this power whenever needed.

but I'm not feeling worried

because weight-loss is also an area I can use The Emotion Code for 😄

As a Body Code™ practitioner, alongside supporting my clients with their wellbeing, I also run regular sessions to take care of myself. I recently got a new camera, so thought I'd test it out whilst running a self Body Code session.

The night before this session, I’d been to my friend's party – it was a big affair with a marquee outside. We had drinks in the garden, danced in the DJ tent and chatted in the house (yes was great fun :) so I was in the warm then out in the cold, then back in the warm again. The next day I had some discomfort in my body, so that was the focus of this session.

The results were surprising to me!

I suffered with anxiety for years as I had post-natal illness – it often showed-up as agoraphobia – fear of leaving my house. As a Mum of small children it was so challenging, I still remember how crippling it felt. My tummy would get so upset from it that I'd have to plan a route with toilets all along it!

I found ways to cope and manage things and eventually got rid of the anxiety altogether. I now teach my clients my methods of dealing with anxiety and overwhelm, alongside clearing any trapped emotions and energies that may be contributing to it.

My latest video is all about my unique method that I call ‘Stop, Drop, Strip, Flip’ – I hope you find it helpful.
