Born on Falgun 26, 2027 BS (March 10, 1971), in Deukhuri, Dang, Shishir grew up in a culturally rooted family. He completed his SLC in 1991 and later earned a Senior Diploma in Vocal Music from Prayag Sangeet Samiti, India, in 2002.
