After 6 years on a fertility journey, I can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen “this is what got me pregnant” or “the one thing that changed everything”…

And girl, LETS BE HONEST 😬😬😬 if it were ever just ✨one✨ thing, most of us wouldn’t be here this long!!

I’m sharing what worked for us, but not as a blueprint… but because the reality is, infertility isn’t one-size-fits-all, and neither are our bodies.

You have to start looking at your fertility journey like a marketer:

what are YOUR numbers?
YOUR lining thickness,
YOUR typical ovulation days,

….sperm quality, inflammation etc.
✨what is your data actually telling you, ABOUT YOU?✨

Success stories are useful, but only if you learn how to extract what’s relevant and apply it to your own situation - not blindly follow someone else’s 🫶🏾
