Meowl concept
Health: 110(due to being 2 species at once he gets this small extra)
Walkspeed: the same one as cream.
Run speed: the same one as cream.
Jump height: doubled

Story description
Meowl sung a melody as he ventured through a forest. Meeting with a sudden portal that appeared. Out of curiosity, it jumped in. Ending inside the outcome memories realm.

ABILITIES
New soul(the melody)
Meowl will sing HALF of the song (can be other halfs on dependent uses), any player within the distance of 35 studs or less gets healed 40 hp! This heals meowl by 35.
Flight run
Meowl uses their wings to run faster(close to as fast as eggman's super run thing), it lasts 10 seconds. Passively, if he is airborne while the ability is on, meow will glide through the air.(Descends down like knuckles but a bit less)
Wood log
Reference to the one he stands ontop of in the video he originated from. Its taller than the height of jumps and as wide as x's castle hallways, meaning you cant get past it. Its supposed to block walls.
Incase putting the log down a slope, it can stun for 2 seconds.

Passives
"Gliding"
Its the one mentioned earlier.
Cat cling
Meowl can cling to certain walls with his paws like a cat does.
Cat and owl genes
Meowl passively jumps higher than anyone by 2 more feet.
Caring soul
Whenever meowl spots a dead body(only works once due to how it would be unbalanced in lms) he gains a small speed boost of 5 seconds, to show determination to survive for the ones he cares for. To avenge their lives.

Lms buffs
New soul melody lasts longer therefore giving a bigger heal(40 health)
Extra health like everyone else.

2011x's line upon killing:
Look at who felt the fear of finding themselves making every possible mistake, you're not worth being a new soul.

Accessories
Evil meowl: adds devil horns
Music meowl: gives him headphones connected to a phone through a wire.
Bucket hat and blue bowtie (gentle man meowl, sold separately)
Angel halo and feathery wings (Angel meowl, sold separately)

Colors
Meowl and friends(its a skin pack of 4 in 1, basically each round the skin changes into another of it's 4.)
Retro meowl(the meowl from steal a brainrot.)

Emotes
Snake: meowl moves his head left and right
Sing: just meowl singing.
Meowl dance: its that one AI dance thing.

People are now thinking rock world zone from sonic 2 is supposed to be the 'Snowy winter' zone. I honestly don't believe it because I'd prefer those 2 being separate zones which could be cooler. Though what is your opinion on that information?

Fact or something: ice cap uses assets from rock world. So rock world really is supposed to be snowy winter but i prefer it being its own thing even if that's not true.

Oc for one of my friends owen.

The name of the character:
Owen cawdolin(yea i had no idea what to do here.)
Gender identity:
Masculine
Age:
Whatever owen chooses(though he looks like a teenager.)
He has the base health every character has(100)

Abilities
Scorched earth:
A giant fireball(size from 1-20 inches in width depending on the energy meter.) that can be thrown to attack an enemy. If landed, it'll either destroy them if they are vulnerable to fire, if not it applies a burning effect that very slowly kills them.(Depending on how much more full the bar is, the longer the effect will last.)

Burning charge:
While running, this ability is able to be activated. It will summon a huge aura of fire around him and follow after him.(Its shaped kinda like Sonic's boost in generations.), incase colliding with a burnable wall it will break or burn down. If not, he will get hurt/damaged and immediately stop.
(Bonus little graphic detail or whatever: dust forms under him and he makes a trail of it while its on. Whoever steps on that will feel a strong burn on their feet or something.)

Wildfire:
A giant explosion happens around him made of fire, making a loud explosion sound. Almost ear bursting, it slowly starts to disappear after 3 seconds.
If an ally enters contact with the explosion, They are thrown away.
If an enemy enters contact with the explosion, it will face almost immediate death. Unless it is resistent to fire, it will only take 45% of their health.

Fire ring:
If the meter is at 10 or 1, this is the only activate-able ability for him. It summons 2 small(sonic hand sized lol) fireballs that constantly spin around him, ripping a part a little as they spin, making a small and thin ring of fire.
It deactivates after the meter ends(it wastes 0.5 per second.)
If an ally enters the ring, he will be safe with owen(cawdolin.)
If an enemy enters, he will be lightly pushed out and receive a stun of just one second.

Passives
Heat meter:
Can go from 0(of course) to 65. If this is depleted, he won't be able to use his abilities(but fire ring.)
To regain it to 100, you simply just have to wait as it will regenerate itself.
If not, then he will gradually weaken and weaken even more. Making him lose A SMALL amount of health and also take more damage from attacks.
Flying:
Well hes a bird... He has wings.
He can fly. Do i need to explain?


This isn't necessarily for outcome memories.
