Stair workouts.
That's right. I look forward to it. What's not to love?
It targets your legs. I want strong legs. Leg workouts build muscle and burn calories.
Leg workouts boost testosterone levels. Anyway, I digress.
Stair Workouts are also quick. 30-40 mins and you are DONE.
Plus, you can do it anywhere, at home, on vacation.
