im always getting a sudden loading screen on battle arena

anyone experiencing where enemy player/mob stops for a few secs then they suddenly die or i die. my char can still move so im pretty sure its not the freeze lag. because of that im getting a lot of stutters when im getting hit on pvp. im using exitlag and my ping is 38. started happening after the recent patch
