The Projection Room is a channel devoted to the study, analysis, and admiration of cinema. We will do this in a variety of forms: distilling films into two minutes to illustrate how theme, character, and plot can be seen in microcosm; breaking down individual scenes for imagery and symbolism; analyzing entire films for overall meaning; and studying the bodies of work for individual directors to chart evolution of craft and recurring themes and ideas.

Just wanted to check in and say thanks to everybody for the support, and to mention that if you like this content, you may very well enjoy a podcast I have started with two of my brothers. It's called "Cinema Brotherhood," and we pick a film every week and talk about it, breaking it down, discussing what it means overall and to us, etc. We all practically grew up in a movie theater because our father was a general manager for a string of theaters. The channel, however, is struggling to grow at the moment, and videos over the past month or so have not reached many people. Anything you can do to spread the word would be greatly appreciated.
