Consistency in prayer begins with intentionality. If you wait until you feel like praying, you may find yourself praying only when you have a need. Set a specific time daily and treat it as an important appointment with God.

Practical Steps
1. Choose a convenient time, preferably before the day's activities begin.
2. Set an alarm as a reminder.
3. Start with 10–15 minutes and gradually increase the time.
