Hello all! I know I haven't posted in here in a while, so I thought I'd give you an update.
A few months back I was planning to do a railway series explaining how a steam locomotive works using WAB801 but as she is now down in Christchurch that plan went down the drain however I may proceed using the Bunyip locomotive.

Apart from that a short mainly picture video will be coming out soon on the HME's Halloween night run. One cool feature of the night was 'Trainboy1991's' cardboard miniature versions of WW480, a WAB class and yes soon to be mine, JA 1275.

Another new friend of the channels is 'AM Rail Photography' who is based in Napier I believe. Check out his channel and help get him get to 500 Subscribers (469 so far)...

Its the BIGGEST and the BEST night run ever! The 26th of July 2025 will see the CMES' first night run in almost a year! There will be steam, lights, hot food, donuts, ice cream and more. A few locomotives will be visiting including 26 year old 'Shay' No.4 from the Manukau Live Steamers which hasn't been to our club in 8 years!
We are expecting this to be our biggest night run yet as we haven't had one in so long, people will be dying for another night run as well as the new and upgraded playground, there will be twice as many trains as normal!!

Tickets will be on sale as soon as we start running for only $2 PP (People under the age of 5 ride free).


Don't miss this magical opportunity to ride behind steam on our large fleet of coached and feel the magic and shear power of steam locomotives, fading into the darkness as the night goes on.
