Anyone else use antibacterial soap in the garden or to wash thier vegetables?
I'm aware that during heavy rain or watering soil bacteria can splash up and cause blight! Even when using different types of manure in accordance with typical garden practices...
I'm of the position that random topical soil applications could be beneficial for mitigating some splash up related transfer....🤔 I mean did soaps are biodegradable!

Been puzzling on how to Integrate Backyard/Homestead gardening in such a way that a Zen Garden is created! Which also acts as a sanctuary that brings about positive energy and has a recharging effect. Using typical garden plants a little more like ornamental ones🤔

Its just as important to be aware of the things that help community's thrive! As to the negative things that divide and bring harm...there will be those people who always seek to undermine and harm the fabric of the community! Either because of mental illness or missguided intentions.

I'm astonished about how many people have no concept of what a community is! Specially for those who "move into" long standing communities with pre-existing social structures!
And some communities are Geographical Communities with shared public spaces with rules that are inline with social norms!

Due to well known causes parts of lake simcoe gets a seasonal deluge of "seaweed" washup in the fall! The proposed solution for Garden enthusiasts. Is to collect the biomass to fill large containers or preferably Grow Bags and use the medium to grow potatoes in 😊 thus having a net positive impact on cleanup and excellent potatoe growing medium.
