Ok guys, I'm a bit late, but here's the OFFICIAL rules of requesting.

1.Only request characters ON MY ROSTER.
2.No spamming (This means you, Just Wait.)
3.Be paitent. You know that people have life outside of MUGEN, and you need to be a bit more considerate.
4.Be kind. If you're gonna be a jerk about your request not being done, I WILL cancel it.
5.No drama-related battles
6.No teaming crappy characters with cheap characters (EX: Talking Tom & Rare Akuma.)
7.If there are any characters that I consider crappy in your request, make sure it is for bashing them.
8.Only request me on Friday & Saturday
9.Be specific with Simul & Turns battles when you request 3v3 and 4v4.

If you break ANY of these rules, your request will be cancelled or ignored. Understand the rules now?
