Owais Hassan
Owais Hassan hails from a distinguished family deeply rooted in the service and promotion of Azadari of Syed-e-Shohada (AS) and the Zikr of Ahl-e-Bait (AS). This spiritual devotion has been passed down through generations and is regarded by the family as a sacred gift—humbly accepted as a blessing from the Ahl-e-Bait (AS) themselves.
The art of reciting nohas, soaz, and marsiyas, along with a profound talent for poetic expression, has been a hallmark of Owais’s lineage. His forefathers were revered soazkhwans and contributed significantly to the literary and spiritual traditions associated with Azadari. Growing up in this spiritually enriched environment, Owais developed a deep connection to the path of Ahl-e-Bait (AS) from an early age.
From his childhood, Owais has been actively involved in reciting devotional poetry and nohas, and he carries forward the rich tradition of expressing love and loyalty to Imam Hussain (AS) and the Ahl-e-Bait (AS) through his voice and words.

السلام علیکم، یا علیؑ مدد
یا رب کوئی معصومہ زنداں میں نہ تنہا ہو۔
عزیز دوستو تزکرہ ہے چار یا ساڑھے چار سالہ بچی کا مگر ایک بات طے ہے کہ سن چار سال ہو یا ساڑھے چار وہ بچی ہی کہلائے گی ضعیفہ نہیں۔
البتہ عصرِ عاشور کے فورا بعد کچھ ایسا ضرور ہوا جس نے ۱۳ صفر تک کے لئے یہ دستور بدلا کہ قونین کی ننھی شہزادی کے موئے مبارک چاندی ہو گئے اور کمر میں اسی سالہ ضعیفہ کا سا خم آگیا۔
بھوک پیاس کوفہ، شام، دربارِ شام اور پھر زندانِ شام کی تکالیف برداشت کرتے کرتے آخر بابا بابا کا نالہ کر کے رہ گئی
جہاں میں قید ہوں بابا بڑا اندھیرا ہے
تیری سکینہؑ کو تارکیوں نے گھیرا ہے
اور تاریک زندان میں وطن لوٹنے کی حسرت دل میں لئے دم توڑ دیا
شہزادی کا یہ نوحہ استاد حسنین اکبر صاحب نے قلمبند کیا ہے جس کے مرتب کنندہ جناب شیراز خان صاحب ہیں اور جناب اویس حسن صاحب نے ہہت ہی پُردرد اور اپنے مخصوص انداز میں ادا کرنے کی کوشش کی ہے ۔۔
