I wanted to share my discovery of this type of video that has helped me improve my mental health.
It is the power of chakra healing with the beneficial effects of solfeggio frequencies, such as 528 Hz and 417 Hz.
Since discovering it, I've been playing it in my home 24/7 and it's put everyone in a better mood, greater focus, and overall improved mental health.
