1 year ago, Assad's regime was overthrown in Syria & Ahmed al-Sharaa became president. I'd like to express my opinion now which is that Syria's future is unclear and uncertain as there has been genocide against the Alawites & Druze in Syria and when i heard about this i had reservations about the new Syrian government. I also have doubts that there will be freedom and democracy under his rule & since a former Islamic radical is sitting in the presidential chair we can't expect freedom of religion in the country. Most likely in the better case scenario, Syria under Ahmed al-Sharaa will resemble a second Saudi Arabia or Qatar & in the worst case it will turn into a second Iraq.
As for foreign policy there's no complaint.

Honestly, when dictatorships are overthrown in Syria & other Muslim countries i don't have much hope for stability in these countries it's not worth talking about democratization but when elections take place in European countries & a pro-European party comes to power it makes me feel more emotional. In most Muslim countries people put religion and tradition in 1st place while the economy & stability take a 2nd place. If people write to me that there are stable Muslim countries such as the UAE, Kazakhstan or Turkiye, these are just a few stable Muslim countries and as I said above, i am talking about the majority of Muslim countries. That Syria under the Assad regime & under Ahmed al-Sharaa will remain authoritarian, except that only foreign policy will change and that's all.

Szczęśliwego Dnia Niepodległości dla narodu polskiego!

Nie zapomniałem o Was i wspieram Was. Macie za sobą trudną historię, a kiedy dowiedziałem się o rozbiorach Rzeczypospolitej Obojga Narodów (1795) i Polski (1939), uznałem to za niesprawiedliwość i katastrofę. To, co Rosja i ZSRR zrobiły Polsce, było terroryzmem i prześladowaniem. Jestem dumny z Polski i Polaków, którzy stali się jednym z najbardziej rozwiniętych i demokratycznych krajów Europy Wschodniej i znajdują się pod ochroną NATO i UE. Uważam Polskę nie tylko za sojusznika, ale za brata i siostrę, którym pomimo tak trudnej i skomplikowanej historii udało się uzyskać niepodległość i stać się rozwiniętym państwem.

Nawiasem mówiąc, zakochałem się w Polsce, gdy miałem 12 lat i chcę tam pojechać. Moim zdaniem standard życia w Polsce wydaje się być 10 razy lepszy niż w Europie Zachodniej. Moim ulubionym miastem jest Gdańsk.

Happy Independence Day to the Polish people!

I haven't forgotten about you, and I'm supporting you. You've had a tough history & when I learned about the partitions of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth (1795) and Poland (1939), I saw it as injustice and disaster. What Russia & the Soviet Union did to Poland was terrorism & harassment. I'm proud of Poland and the Polish people, who have become one of the most developed & democratic countries in Eastern Europe and are under the protection of NATO and EU. I consider Poland not only as an ally, but as a brother and sister who, despite such a difficult and complicated history, were managed to gain independence and become a developed state.

BTW, I fell in love with Poland when I was 12 years old & I wanna go there. For me, Poland's standard of living seems to be 10 times better than in West Europe. My favorite city is Gdańsk.
