Megumi is a special grade, Nobara is a Grade 2 or slightly higher, Yuji is a Grade 1 (As of now in the anime, so basically Season 1 - 3/Culling Games) the first one is kinda official as there's a statement for that but it's not directly about Megumi, he still scales to it but not physically

Fnaf SB is only Small Building, possibly City Block or something but I'm not really sure about that, if you wanna use Inverse for them because of Gregory, then yeah I see them being stronger, the only few exceptions are characters that aren't from the main cast of the game (Like Mimic)

Jogo VS Mahito is only close for his true form, the normal one gets slammed, not that easily but most of the time or always, also Jogo is the strongest disaster curse in terms of AP

Megumi is arguably above Disaster Curses (Not in CE Output, I mean in a battle via his BIQ and hax)

FP Mechamaru is above base Mahito

Mahito and Choso are physically stronger than Yuji, arguably even stronger than Todo
