When I started my vegetarian journey, I noticed some changes in my body. For the first few days, my strength felt lower, but then the magic happened — my body adapted to the vegetarian diet. Now, I’m able to lift heavy weights just like before. Along with that, my blood pressure has come down and I’ve also lost weight. Sometimes people ask how u maintain weight after cooking delicious food. So most of the time i cook for my parents and i use to eat a very small portion from it. And i use to workout on daily basis to burn those extra calories 🙂. So you can enjoy your meal and stay fit at the same time.
