Discovery Optics Warranty feedback:
So 99.999% of the time i will never delete critisim or feedback that anyone leaves behind and in the rare occasion we will delete some incoherent profanity. in otherwords were kinda a free for all. roast me roast the product have do what you want. I regards to this commenter his comment looked familiar, and searching all the comments on my channel i have found multiple copy paste of his negative experience with Discovery. and in finding the old comments hes made on my channel i see that in every instance ive replied to him to reach out to me privately so i can get him a replacement or something..... (im Canada's dealer for Discovery) he never writes back. I even messaged Discovery (since im a dealer yeah ive got contacts) to see if they can find his personal information so i can get him a replacement. Discovery is well aware of him but cant reach him either to sort it out.
Its important to point ut Discovery has grown tremendously as a brand in the last 6 years going from pre covid with mediocre products to having really great stuff and providing good customer service in North america. but it wasnt always the case so yeah his situation may have happened but there trying to make it right. does this impact you opinion of Discovery?

Shooting Bergara Premier's out to 1700 yards, this was a new record for me. I was shooting with @XRING i have to say I learned a lot watching Ray work his magic, basically we would show up at a new spot ( 3 targets) variable distance and Ray would take 30 seconds to range then he would clear the "stage" before anyone got their first impact on steel. Downright impressive
