It was a mission, to say the least š Iāll be honest, I was pretty over stimulated most of the time because Iāve never had Kobe around so many other dogs š
First time didnāt go GREAT, but it was still fun and learned a lot on how we can approach it differently next time!
āYou only get one chance to make a good first impressionā & the first thing anyone subconsciously does is judge your appearance
If youāre fit, it means you have levels of discipline. It shows you have commitment to long term goals & follow through to things when they get tough
When youāre fat & out of shape⦠you walk into the room with anxiety & worry of being judged. You ādont careā about the little goals that stack up long term & it shows
And ultimately, how you show up for yourself is what you attract
Do better. Be better. Look better. Attract better!š¤
Sometimes, itās 6pm you have 5g of protein left for the day & 800 calories ā¦
This is where a high calorie snack or meal comes into play! I didnāt need protein in this meal. This is where moderation is š
Because āavocados are high in caloriesā does not mean it should scare you away
Your fitness journey is all a numbers game, focus on calories. Focus on protein. Give it time & I promise you will see a change with consistent effort šÆ

Approaching 25 months of sobriety ā ššŗ
Iāve learned so much more about myself & the tendencies I was USED to
Getting sober wasnāt just a decision
It was a shift in identity. I need to get rid of the OLD version of Joe that didnāt serve who I NEEDED to become
Without this decision, I wouldnt have learned to embrace the struggles
I wouldnāt have stopped thinking āI always get the short end of the stickā
I wouldnāt be proud of who I am now and all the progress Iāve made within these past 2 years
So if you have a vice holding you back, think about what you want and how different your life COULD be
You can achieve much more than you believe youāre capable of!
