Here's a fix for what was stumping me earlier. If you are installing any new addons, DO NOT FORGET THIS MOD. The WeaponLimitsAdjuster.

The worst part about GTA 5 modding is how there are very few clues. It took me a short while to remember I hadn't installed this mod. If I hadn't had stuck with the problem a little longer and remembered my old setup, I would have dropped it altogether.
Don't make the same mistake, make sure you install this into your game.

So here's an update on my modding situation.
Currently, I'm spending 5hrs+ a day fixing ERR_ZLIB_2 by adding and removing files to see what causes the issue.
I use LML, so the fixes from my olds bug notes database no longer work.
It's quite literally whack-a-mole at the moment as when I take something out, something else causes it.
I've got an up-to-date gameconfig and the likes, but at this point is it worth it? 🤔
