I remember going into a psych ward in May 2024 because I was really paranoid, my anxiety was hitting me like a bullet every day at school, and I kept getting bullied for not controlling myself… Puberty sucks

I’ve had apiphobia since I was a toddler.
Like @ChocoThe_Cat , I’ve had an irrational fear of bees and don’t like the sound of bees buzzing. Because, I get scared that they’ll sting me. Especially wasps…
I was traumatized by the Canimals episode “Wasp” because it had realistic wasps… It was like in Kindergarden I think
When I was 2, I got stung by a bee while playing, and it stung me, I came home crying really hard… I hate being stung by bees…

This is what the stupid movie gets for triggering me in middle school with the elephant trumpet.
Also guys, I feel like I’m triggered by nursery rhymes like Baby Shark more than how I’m triggered with my hated word, cuz I started taking exposure therapy to it, which means it’s starting to get less severe than it was before…
A time I got triggered by Baby Shark was when one of my teachers (in 8th grade btw) was picking a movie on Netflix, and while she was scrolling, Pinkfong was there and it played Baby Shark! I covered my ears and yelled out “NOOOOOOO!! I HATE THAT SONG!!!” And the immature kids were like “I love that song!!!” And I was like “Nahh you’re not a kindergardner” to one of them lol to fight back.
I really despise Baby Shark, it’s annoying 😭
