I used to think old stuff from failed businesses was just junk people wanted gone.
Then I saw that the same tables, chairs, or other items could be special to a new buyer like a designer or reseller.
So I learned the item may stay the same, but the right customer changes everything.

I came across this story and it changed how I think about business ideas.
A broken supercar sounded worthless to me at first, but then I saw it could still be rented out as a prop and make money just by sitting there.
That made me realize the smart business idea is sometimes the one other people laugh at first.

I used to think a good business had to sound cool, fancy, and exciting.
But then I saw that some of the best businesses are the boring ones, because they fix real problems people deal with every day.
That made me realize a weird idea can be a great idea if people will pay for it.

I used to think the slides and details were everything, but then I noticed something bigger.
when someone looked nervous, shaky, and all over the place, it made me stop believing in the idea, even if it was good.
That showed me people feel my energy before they even judge my offer.

Starting a business by making everything brand new can cost a lot of money and still fail.
A cheaper idea is to buy things that other businesses do not want anymore, because those things may still be useful or valuable to different people.
The takeaway is that something is not always worthless...it may just need the right buyer.

The only way to build awareness of ANY business or personal brand in 2026 is to actually "live" in social media as a genuine human.

I'm a big believer in the HUMAN aspect of social media. Moving forward, when the internet is "invaded" ( almost there) with AI garbage, your face... your real face, your accent, your SELF will be at a premium.

I tried to hire a contractor last month. I reached out to five of them. Five of them.
And out of all five... only one guy actually followed up. Just one guy followed up a few days after giving his quote.
He got a huge job just because he bothered to text me on a Friday.
We overcomplicate business. We think we have to do all these crazy things to win.
But the truth is... the bar is just on the floor right now. It is literally on the floor. You don't even have to be the absolute best. You don't.
If we just call people back, we look like geniuses. We look like absolute geniuses.
It really is that simple.

Most people call once and quit. If you follow up ten times, you’re literally ten weeks ahead of everyone else who gave up on Monday.

Speed beats intelligence every single day of the week.
I know a lot of you think you need a genius-level business plan or a perfectly optimized strategy before you launch.
But if you actually want to 10X your progress, the best way to do that is to just move faster than everyone else.
