As you may have guessed my name is James and I am an Isle of Man based landscape photographer with a passion for the great outdoors, capturing enduring images that stand the test of time and exploring incredible wild places.

For me it is so massively rewarding to face the ever-changing environment and weather conditions to capture unique moments in time and create enduring memories to last a lifetime. With my Youtube channel my ultimate goal is to help inspire people to embrace adventure, nature and the wild in the same transformative way I have.

Hi everyone, my 2021 CALENDAR IS NOW AVAILABLE FOR PRE-ORDER! High quality, large size, limited edition with a selection of my favourite landscape images all for a great value price of £14.99! The end product of a year of hard work! Very limited stock available however, so pre-order yours now at >>>>> bit.ly/3f12Pvl <<<<<

My Calendar is one of the very few things I do to monetise my landscape photography (although I still make peanuts on it 😂) - so if you would like to support the future of my work beyond watching my Youtube videos, calendar orders are a good way to do so.

Thank you very much in advance for any pre-orders and your continued support - it is all massively appreiciated more than I can easily express here in this post. Take care, James 🙏🙏🙏

Hi everyone, I hope you are all keeping safe during these rather strange times and still holding on to your sanity under house quarantine. I’m going to do my first (and possibly last haha) Q&A video in the coming weeks. I feel like my brain is slowly turning into soup, so some challenging questions is probably a good opportunity to stop the rot!

With this in mind PLEASE SEND ME YOUR QUESTIONS in the comments below or via email jamesbrewphoto@gmail.com. Make them difficult, make them daft, photography or non-photography - Ask me anything and I’ll do my best to give you an answer.

Cheers & see you with the answers soon. Take care!

Sorry no video from me this weekend everyone! I’ve been very ill over the last week, so its just not been possible to get out with the camera, let alone video it all. No one wants to see a vlog filled with snot, lemsip and manflu moaning! I did however venture out to hold a photography workshop last night and caught this 16x9 image as the participants were setting up. Dramatic storm clouds over an eerie shipwreck – absolutely perfect for a high contrast black and white image. Considering I spent about 1 minute taking the shot, I’m really pleased with it. One of those images were nature does all the hard work for you. Moments later the heavens opened and we were all totally drenched! I’ll hopefully get out for some more photography in the coming days and have something to share later this week. Take care 😊

No video from me this week I'm afraid folks. I've been snowed under with photography workshops, calendar development and life in general to get much shooting done. I'm going to be moving house soon as well, so July may be a fairly quiet period from me. In the meantime here's a Noctilucent cloud image that you may have missed hidden at the end of last week's video. Hopefully I'll have something new for you soon. Take care :-)
