My hope is to show you the world as I see it and open your eyes to new places; see them for how they are, not what the media says and to help challenge the "old perceptions" and stereotypes of places that never seem to change in peoples minds! Just keep an open mind and prepare to have your curiosity peaked while we learn new things, see new places, meet new people, and of course eat new foods and try new beers!

XIAN, CHINA -- this place was super cool. Unfortunately it's very polluted because of the industry in this area. I would have loved to have spent more time here, but we crammed it in while we were here. The markets, nightlife, noodles! And of course, the FAMOUS terracotta soldiers....!

Next stop on the journey...China 🇨🇳 Exactly one year ago, I was in the air, on the way to finally see this mysterious and fascinating country. Originally, my trip was booked for March 17, 2020... but the universe had other plans! For a while, China had been closed or had long quarantine rules, so I couldn't make it work. I waited for a few years, and then eventually, it opened... restriction free! I never thought that the day would come... I believed it to be true only when I landed in Beijing!! I hope you enjoy my Chinese travel experience from April 2024. I'm looking forward to reliving it and sharing it here. Hope you enjoy too! 😊

Love the pinks and blues in this sunset. We were lucky enough to catch it at the our lady of Lebanon statue in Harissa high up on a mountain overlooking the sea. After we had a Lebanese coffee at a coffee to watch the sun continue to go down over Beirut. Was a clear day you could see so far and the water was smooth and bright blue. Lebanese sunsets are incredible!
