Josh Saunders has passed away… and I hate that I have to write this. No parent should ever have to lay their child to rest.

Thank you to everyone who has reached out to me asking if I’m ok. I never wanted to make this channel all about me; you don’t care about me, you care about Josh.

For those of you who don’t know, I started watching Josh in late 2016, and I’ve been watching his videos every single day since. I knew almost instantly that he was someone truly special and unique. There was nobody out there like him. Josh did whatever the fuck he wanted, and that’s why I and many of you liked him.

I remember my first interaction with him in a stupid Discord I created in 2017. He was polite and cool with every single person he spoke to. In a voice call with his camera on, Josh said that he was broke and needed money. It was only $10, but I sent it to him. As soon as that tenner his his PayPal, his coat was on and he was out the door, Discord still running. I laugh. And I still laugh about this story today. He was a fiercely loyal friend, and he would stick up for you and go to bat for anyone who had the privilege of being called his friend.

I know I’ve been critical and opinionated of him in the past, but this came from a place of love. Like you all, I wanted to see him have a better life. Josh was stubborn, and it could drive you crazy, but that was the rollercoaster we were on.

I’ve met so many amazing people over the years because of our love for Josh. We all wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for him, and I cannot thank him enough for that.

I’m bawling my eyes out just writing this, so I’ll stop rambling. That’s the effect he had on us, making grown men and women cry.

RIP Josh, I hope wherever you are, you got what you wanted: a hot goth girlfriend and a room in your clocktower to smoke weed in with Ozzy and Alex Anderson.

Fuck sickos, shake it for Ozzy man.
