🚨 Update: “Zinda Laash” Ka Sach – Court Action Begins! 🚨
Jaisa ki humne pehle bataya tha — Mallige, jo officially “murdered” maani gayi thi, actually zinda mili apne lover ke saath! 🧍♀️💔
👨⚖️ Ab Mysuru Court ne police ki is shocking lapse par action lena shuru kar diya hai. SP Seema Latkar ne apna probe report 17 April ko Court ko submit kiya. Aur ab final judgement 23 April ko expected hai.
⚠️ Investigation mein shocking flaws:
- Police ne sirf ek unidentified body ko Mallige declare karke Suresha ko arrest kar liya tha, bina DNA ya proper verification ke.
- Court ne clearly bola — yeh complete failure of basic investigation protocol tha.
- Postmortem report mein bhi victim ka gender clearly female nahi tha, phir bhi Mallige maan liya gaya.
🔍 Deccan Herald ke report ke hisaab se, Court ne poora ka poora investigation flawed mana hai — sirf circumstantial evidence par case banaya gaya, aur actual missing report ya kisi aur angle ko consider hi nahi kiya gaya.
💔 Irony? Suresha ko bina crime kiye 2 saal jail mein rehna pada, jabki asli “victim” Mallige khud voluntarily apne pehle lover ke saath bhaag chuki thi.
