We, The Upper Room Ministries (which is the Name of a Christian Association, from now on referred to as “The Church”) with the main object of propagating the Word Of God, The Great Commission In compliance with the Biblical Mandatory injunction to go into the World To Preach and Make Disciples of all Nations for the Lord Jesus Christ; Convinced that such disciples must be properly tutored and brought up in the Word of God; Recognizing that a Constitution to regulate the operations of the Church is not only a legal requirement for the registration of the Church but also, one of the many ways to build a stable Church structure and we do at this moment enact this Constitution for the purpose of our work.
