Sinner No. 12 Outis is actually Greek for nobody(Ουτις) and her phrase Είμαι... ου τις απολύτως(Translation: I am... nothing at all) is actually something Odysseus said to the Cyclops in the original Odyssey written by Homer. Because Outis is based on Odysseus from the Original odyssey written by Homer! Also if you look CAREFULLY at the splash art for Outis. In the background is the Trojan Horse and the battleground is similar to the battle of the Greeks against the Trojans

(This info can be found on the Limbus company wiki and all Limbus Company characters are based on characters from books like Ishmael from Herman Melville’s Moby Dick except Yi Sang who is named after an actual Korean poet named Yi Sang)
