Well-Being Sanctuary is a unique venue on the Garden Route in South Africa, immersed in pristine nature. It is ideal for conscious celebrations, like retreats, workshops, weddings and family friendly festivals.
Through conscious parenting coaching, I support children, parents, families, students, teachers, schools and other organizations. Using Transformational Techniques aligned with Energetic Principles, we turn every stumbling block into a stepping stone. My Holistic Behaviour Management Model supports parents to create Harmony at Home and teachers to create Cooperation in the Classroom, by navigating the blockages and limitations we experience to learning and evolving.
Relationship is the Guru of Growth. Conscious Connections are key to unlocking the Potential and Purpose of Everything and Everyone we Relate to.

We will gather at the Well-Being Sanctuary, 3 to 5 March for INTUITIVE NOURISHMENT.
The WBS is a very special place. The sort of place you never want to leave and always want to return to.
I felt into doing a little video series as part of my invitation for you to join us at the beautiful luxurious retreat in March when we will be journeying with the Feminine.
What intuitive nourishment is for me, is leaning into my discomfort with my breath.
The breath is very nourishing to my system, and the element of air has been supporting me and connecting me to my life force in the darker, tougher, denser moments…. and yes, I do feel those.
Instead of needing to return to a comfort zone, or a relaxed state, I journey with the lessons in life by ensuring that I am fully resourced and supported, instead of falling into one of my old patterns of “I must do it alone…”
