Asalaamu Alaikum 🌺 I am a former Christian who worked in Ministry that followed Jesus (a.s.) into Islam 🕋 Alhamdulilah 🥰 I'm a wife, mother and grandmother who believes in eating, speaking and living as healthy as possible. Join me as I bring up topics in relationships, health, and raising a family while still taking care of yourself and your Deen. Muslim or not, we all benefit from Islam and I pray that this becomes a place where we can grow and support one another.

@GetIntoTheBLACK Thank you for defining what racism looks like especially in areas such as Puerto Rico. There is a stockholm type syndrome that some cultures (p.ricans) adopt that keeps them (us) blind to their own oppression.
