Keep holding on. Keep praying. Keep fasting. He's working out the details strategically and perfectly. It may not come as or when you expect it, but know this: God is a thorough God. Keep the faith and keep hope alive. And if you're running on empty and have nothing left to hold on to, ask Him to give you what you need to keep going, so you can see His perfect plan unfold in your life and those you love.
"The Lord is good, a place of safety in a time of trouble. He takes care of those who place their trust in him," Nahum 1:7 FBV
Be encouraged 💖

Stumbling? Yeah, it happens. Staying down? Nope. Not an option. 🙅🏾♀️
God is the literal wind beneath my wings and the breath when I can't catch mine. When I'm weak, He's my strength. It's just that simple. It’s always been Him, and it will only be Him for me. 💯♥️
Like my sweater says: God is within her, she will not fall. (Psalm 46:5) That's the promise I'm standing on today.
If you're leaning on that same strength, drop an Amen in the comments! 🙌🏾✨

Declare this over yourself today ♥️
"But I will look to the LORD: I will wait for the God of my salvation. My God will hear me. Do not rejoice over me, my enemy! Though I have fallen, I will stand up; though I sit in darkness, the LORD will be my light" Micah 7:7-8

❤️🩹 Heart check-up time! What we see in others (the negative that we don't like) is many times a mirror reflecting back on who we secretly or unconsciously are as well. Their actions bother us so much because it's like a light being pointed in the mirror, piercing our hearts and blinding our sight. Pay attention to what upsets you. Is it just the other person, or is it you too? Ask God to search your heart and show you your ways (Psalm 139:23-24). Confess what comes up for you, repent, ask for forgiveness, and for the courage to be guided on a new path—a path that reflects the true heart and attributes of God. This is exercise for your soul, to keep your heart and mind healthy. Be well. 💖

Hey Family, cast your vote! An idea has dropped in my heart to start doing a weekly live devotional book club HERE on YouTube! The first book would be "Her Strong and Courageous Faith" by Desirae Ofori 😉 I wrote and published this guided devotional journal back in December 2023.
Each video would be from one devotional day a week for 5 weeks; then we could start a new devotional book after that. If anyone would be interested in joining me to watch/engage live during lunch which day/time works for you. I will also have the replays available on my channel.
And if you have any suggestions or preferences not mentioned, feel free to comment below. All the times would be eastern standard time. You can like the commented times below or add your own preference 😊
You can also purchase the devotional here on Amazon: amzn.to/4qOY1hE

Hey fam! In my latest video, I’m sharing a look into my studio life (unboxing gifts, packing orders, and painting!), but more importantly, I’m talking about why we can’t afford to let our spiritual practices slide once things "get good."
We’ve all worked hard to move past old versions of ourselves. To stay in that growth and avoid becoming stagnant, we need discipline. I’m diving deep into how I build and maintain my "spiritual muscles", to stay grounded no matter what life throws my way.
Watch the full vlog and the talk below.
Are you in a season of growth or a season of maintenance right now? Let’s talk about it in the comments. 👇

Hello love. Embrace your journey, it's yours and yours alone ❤️
Make every step count.
Be patient with yourself.
Let God guide you.
We're not promised rainbows, sweets, and flowers every day, but the journey sure is a lot brighter, sweeter, and more fragrant when we do it with God.
Let Him carry the weight of the heaviness the world tries to throw at you daily. Lean on Him.
He's got you covered.

True story: Sometimes I make artwork just for my personal enjoyment, and they never make it onto my website. And sometimes, I have a change of heart (or decor) and allow my art to be shared with others so they can also enjoy it in their homes, where it takes on a whole new life and meaning. That is the case with this painting, "The African Heritage," titled by my husband, who happens to be half Ghanaian 🇬🇭 ❤️
With a fresh layer of gloss varnish and a couple of touch-ups around the edges, this one-of-a-kind beauty is not only a blast from my artistic past, but it speaks to the beauty, individuality, and resilience of Africa and her descendants - locally and across the globe.
God is in the details, including your bloodline. We may not all know exactly where in Africa our roots trace back to, but we can be confident in the continent. And the best thing is we don't have to wait until Black History Month to appreciate where we came from and who we are 🤎
Visit my shop link below to add this painting, "The African Heritage," to your personal collection 🏡

📝 Morning Journal Notes: Victim mindset is always seeking the next villain in their inner storyline.
Remind them they don't need a villain to survive, have control or be validated as a human being. If they want a villain make it the devil - yet even then don't give him the satisfaction and control he desires to pull you away from truth, peace and the salvation of the Lord.
He wants you fixated on his losses, while trying to make you feel it is your loss too. The devil projects his feelings towards God and himself on us - but we don't have to accept it. Acknowledge it for what it is and remind yourself of your truth.
My Truth is:
God is for me, not against me (Isaiah 41:10 + Romans 8:38-39). I am the head and not the tail (Deuteronomy 28:13). My Savior loves me and died on the cross for me (John 3:16). He has a bright future for me (Jeremiah 29:11) and I am never too far gone (Isaiah 55:7).
God has prepared a place for me where pain, sickness, and tears abound no more (John 14:2-3 + Revelation 21:4). I am promised a place and eternal life with the Most High God (Romans 6:23). That's where I belong and that is my portion.
The end, case closed. Kick rocks Satan!
