To nurture a true connection, we must allow ourselves to be vulnerable. Whether in friendship or love, opening our hearts fosters a deep sense of closeness. When the other person listens with genuine attentiveness and makes eye contact, it deepens the trust and warmth between us, making the bond grow even stronger.
At the end of the day, do you feel good about the choices you've made, the actions you've taken, the words you've spoken, the boundaries you've set, the lives you've impacted, the decisions you've made, and the sense of peace you have for doing your best with what you have?
We often dwell on the past, worry about the future, and forget to appreciate the present. When we continuously revisit past events, we miss out on enjoying what is here and now. When we think too far ahead, we worry too much about what-ifs. By focusing on the present, we can truly appreciate what is right in front of us. We have the power to create the moments we desire by putting in the effort. Live fully, love deeply, and be present.
I pray we can all come to a place of love and compassion for others instead of finding fault and putting people down.
We tend to focus on the negative and feel empowered when we find something wrong with someone.
How beautiful would this world be if we were to have compassion, empathy, and love and see the strengths & blessings within each other?
No one is perfect, and the struggles people have are their own. People are doing the best they can with the circumstances they have.
I encourage us all to work on ourselves. To focus on ourselves and the work we need to do internally.
I encourage us all to dig deep within to find love in our hearts instead of pointing fingers or criticizing to create such anger, and hatred and stirring the negativity pot.
Short exercises in the morning set my mental health up for a good start to the day. Movement is essential. It’s a part of self-care that has lasting results throughout the day. It gives me physical energy, creates circulation in my body and mind, helps with blood flood, mood enhancement, me time, and so much more.
I am not too fond of exercising, but I found what works for me. I prefer to do the exercises early in the morning. So I wake up early to get it in. The exercises are three 5 min videos each - whole body, abs, and booty. Then I get on the rebounder for a minute or so. Simple and done.
Movement is essential for our physical, emotional, and mental health. It’s self-care.
