Every catcher makes mistakes.

And mistakes snowball quickly if you can’t reset.

Here’s what I teach my catchers to reset:

BTT:
- Breathe
- Touch
- Talk

All of it is designed to get them back into the present moment…

Rather than focusing on past mistakes or ruminating on future negative consequences.

Try that next time you mess up!
