Hi everyone!!!!!! Long time no talk!!!

First off I want to give a GIANT apology for being absent for a long time: I am so sorry. I know it has been a long time. The channel is still here and I am still here and I have no plans to leave permanently. We have a LOT of series to record anyway!! (Hi ME3 and Andromeda, The Witcher, God of War, Resident Evil, plus about a billion indie games in my backlog, just to call out a few!)

I miss the heck out of y'all and have thought about you every day AND have been trying to make it back to YouTube but life kept getting in the way.

I recorded the end of ME2 last year (!!!!!) and I am going to post that very, very soon. Like VERY soon. I've also just started recording ME3!! So the first two episodes are coming down the pipeline. :) I will be finishing Fran Bow and getting everything posted for that series, as well.

I promised you we would finish Mass Effect and I haven't abandoned the channel. Better late than never, I hope. 💛

I have been trying to record a video for months about what's been going on but it's been a lot. I may record one in the future but I'm not 100% sure what I am ready to share. The TL;DR is my mental health has been really terrible and I've been going through a lot in my life. BUT I am still here and I miss this community we've created a lot (and I've felt very guilty for not being here after promising you videos and not delivering on the timeline I had originally intended). I'm quite nervous to post again because I'm so rusty but also excited. If you're still here reading this, I appreciate you sooooo much for riding the wave of my unintentional extended leave.

I hope you've all been well and know that I am thinking of you and that I quite literally am in the process of uploading videos as I type this. Miss you bunches. Let me know how you've been doing because I would love to hear about it. 💛

Hi my friends <3 Short but sweet note: I miss the ever-loving heck out of y'all. I miss YouTube so bad. I miss MASS EFFECT so bad.

I have very good news coming regarding my house updates. I think I'll be making a vid on it but the tl;dr without the major video spoilers is I'm desperately hoping to be back here by the end of the month. Seriously I think about all y'all daily. I cannot wait.

Tell me what you've been up to please!!! How's life? How's work going for those who are working? How are your pets, your family, your friends? Picked a up a new hobby? What are you reading, watching, and listening to? What games are you playing? (I've been rotting on Stardew Valley and indulging my younger, nostalgic self on Runescape truthfully.) I wanna hear it all, no matter how exciting, mundane, happy, sad, or otherwise.

Also have I mentioned how much I miss y'all?? Because I miss y'all bad.

Happy end of the week my friends!!! I come bearing *extremely important news*!!! I have OFFICIALLY finished recording ALL of Mass Effect 2! I have three (3) episodes to post for y'all - Legion's loyalty mission, the suicide mission, and Arrival. Just so you know what to look forward to! I laughed, I cried, I was shocked, parts scared me, and without spoiling too much before you watch it... that ending. Whew. Enjoy some pre-watching reactions I had during the suicide mission. I cannot wait for y'all to watch!!!!

That being said, part of me just wants to post everything back to back because I'm so excited to hear what all of you thought and felt finishing ME2 for the first time. I'm thinking about doing three days in a row of videos with the caveat that all of you know that's not my typical posting schedule and it's just a special occasion for the end of ME2. But I'm also happy to space things apart over this upcoming week so you have things to look forward to (if I'm allowed to assume this might be something you look forward to 😉). If you have any particular thoughts on the posting sched please feel free to drop it below. 👇

Hi hi my friends!! I wanted to do a quick check in and say hi to all of you!

First off - thank you to all of you who hung out with me at my birthday stream back in January! I had so much fun and you all made my day. I would love to do more stream hangs in the future if y'all are game 💛

Second - I've spent the last two months taking a break to really focus on my mental health. For those of you who didn't know, I have been having a very hard time for the past year or so and am FINALLYYY starting to feel better. Lately I've been feeling genuinely very good which is such a nice change of pace and it means I'm feeling ready to start putting my energy back into the things that bring me joy, aka recording and spending time with y'all! (See pics below for proof 😉) Speaking of which...

Third - I have a new video for y'all that I'm hoping to post in the very near future, aka ideally this weekend! Barring any issues while uploading. It's a chonker so I hope y'all are ready to sit for like 3 hours 😊

Okay my friends based on the response I’m gonna try to stream here on YouTube tomorrow, Sunday Jan 14th! I’ll start ~10:45am to 11am Central (~8:45am Pacific, ~11:45am Eastern, ~4:45pm GMT) and hang for maybe an hour or so, depending on how things are going (also anticipate some technical kinks lmaoo)! Plan is to just chat and hang out so I can celebrate my birthday with y’all and we can get to know each other better live instead of just via videos 💛

Come hang if you’d like but no pressure! Although the more the merrier and I’m itchin to chat with ya 🥰 Plus extra incentive is meeting my cats because a second one found her way into my household a little while back and has yet to make an appearance in any of my videos!

Hi my friends! I come bearing an important channel question so please give me your thoughts and opinions!!! 🥰

A little while back one of you lovely anonymous gremlins bought me a Stream Deck off my Throne Wishlist (throne.com/renwraiths for those interested). THANK YOU a million times over to whomever did that - I put a lil piccy of the gift in the poll photos for ya to see. 💛 I've always been interested in casually streaming but just have been nervous and quite intimidated to do it tbh!

BUT this weekend on the 14th (Sunday) it's my birthday 🎂 and I thought it might be fun to celebrate with y'all and do a birthday stream that day if there's interest. It would likely be in the morning this Sunday, maybe like 10am or 11am Central (around 8am to 9am Pacific, 4pm to 5pm GMT). I was thinking it would likely just be a super casual small hang and chat stream for an hour or so just to get a feel for things, again if there's interest so please lmk. This isn't a 100% surefire plan yet but if not this weekend, I'd like to at least start hanging and chatting with y'all via stream at some point in the nearish future!

If you are interested, would y'all prefer streaming on YouTube or Twitch? I imagine YouTube is probably the answer but I wanted to check anyway! I have some options below to gauge your interest and thoughts, but please feel free to comment (or email me if that's more comfortable, although no guarantees I'll have the capacity to reply!) if you have anything you'd like to add or say, or would like to help with streaming in any way 💛

Hi my friends ♥️ I know it's been a hot minute (it's something I feel like I've been saying all year, but 2023 has been an unanticipatedly difficult one) and I just wanted to let you in on something that has had a great impact on me. Heads up content warning for family death for those of you who might need it.





My grandmother died a couple weeks ago. She went into hospice shortly after I posted the last video on the channel and I spent all my available free time by her side over the last two months. I've been taking it very hard, as I know y'all understand. I was very, very close with her and it feels very much like a parent and caregiver death for me. It's something I'm still processing and I wanted to be open with all of you because y'all are so generous and open with me about what you're going through.

As I'm sure many of you are familiar with, grief isn't linear and it affects my productivity and engagement with the things I enjoy. I have a couple videos to post that I was ready to post shortly after the last video before everything with my grandmother happened and then were sidelined, so expect those in the coming days (yay!).

All this to say, I would love to be more consistent as Mass Effect has been a lovely escape haven while going through this difficult year. The biggest hurdle is genuinely editing. (Which is honestly always the case! It's just more challenging with depression as are many things!) However this is all with the understanding that death is very hard and if I stick to consistency then yay and if I don't, you all have a peek into what's going on in my personal life. No matter what, I have every intention to continue on with the series and not abandoning it in case anyone has that thought on their mind. It has meant a lot to me and y'all mean a lot to me. Thank you so much for reading, I'm sending all of you lots of love and I'll see you soon 💛

Happy almost end of the week everyone, I hope you've all been hanging in there. ♥️ I come bearing an update! I'm hoping to be able to batch record over the next couple days so we can finally get back to ME2 and have a some vids all ready to go. You can 100% blame me for the delay - I finally made my partner sit down play TLoU pt 1 and 2 for the first time (!) so naturally I've let him have my PS5 on complete lockdown until he's done. 😄 The even better news is he just finished part 2 last night so my PS5 is now back in my office (where she belongs of course) and we can get back to recording and hanging out while we save Earth from the Collectors! 🥰 I miss Mass Effect so much and I miss the heck out of all of you! Let me know what y'all have been up to in the interim and sending all my good thoughts and vibes your way! 💛
