Hi! I'm Natalie Hammerquist, born and raised in the foothills of the Cascades here in Washington state. My channel focuses on wild medicinal plants, wild foods, herbal medicine, plant ID, foraging, and ecology.

I am the author of the bestselling book "Medicinal Plants of the Pacific Northwest" (check it out in the links), and have another book that will come out in June 2025 called "Edible Plants of the Pacific Northwest". Both are visual guides with tons of pictures and recipes. I've been teaching about plants and herbal medicine since 2016, when I founded my school, The Adiantum School of Plant Medicine.
