One key to success is to choose the right breed of chicken. We recommend the Cornish Cross, as they are known for their rapid growth and high feed conversion ratio.

Another tip is to provide a well-balanced diet to your chickens. This includes a high-protein feed during the brooding phase, as well as a good quality finisher mash during the final weeks of the growth cycle. It's also important to provide clean, fresh water at all times, as chickens drink frequently and need to stay hydrated.

Finally, make sure to properly manage your chicken coop. This includes maintaining the right temperature and humidity levels, as well as ensuring proper ventilation. By following these tips and taking care of your chickens, you'll be well on your way to a successful broiler farming operation.

Welcome to day 16 of our broiler farming journey! We're excited to share with you some updates on how our chickens are doing and to offer some tips for those of you who may be interested in starting your own broiler farming operation.

As you know, the first two weeks of the growth cycle can be a bit of a challenge, but we're happy to report that our chickens are now well on their way to reaching their target weight of 2 kilograms. In fact, you can already see how much they've changed and added weight since the start of the growth cycle. So far, our mortality rate has been a low 2, which is a great sign that our chickens are healthy and well-cared for.

In just 5 days, our chickens will be transitioning out of the brooding phase and into the next stage of their growth cycle. At this point, we'll be switching their feed to Fugo Finisher Mash, which is a special feed designed to support their continued growth and development.

For those of you who may be interested in starting your own broiler farming operation, here are two tips to keep in mind:

Make sure to invest in high-quality feed and follow the recommended feeding schedule. This will help to ensure that your chickens are getting the nutrients they need to grow and develop properly.

Don't underestimate the importance of clean, fresh water. Water is essential for the health and well-being of your chickens, so make sure to provide them with plenty of clean water at all times.

Specifically, we gave them a vaccine for NewCastle disease, which is a highly contagious respiratory illness that can be deadly for chickens. By administering this vaccine, we are taking an important step in ensuring the health and well-being of our chickens and will be sure to keep you updated on any further vaccination events as the growth cycle continues.
