Out of respect for the rights of the content owner, I’ve taken the video down. I appreciate everyone’s support, and I’m looking at ways to create a revised version using only footage and material I have permission to use.

What better way to celebrate America’s railroad heritage than with a locomotive that traveled halfway around the world to become part of it?
My newest video is out NOW!!! It’s the incredible story of Swedish State Railways B Class #1149. A locomotive that served in Sweden, crossed the Atlantic to Maine, and today rests proudly at Discovery Park of America in Tennessee!

What an incredible weekend! I finally had the thrill of chasing Southern #4501, adorned in her stunning green and gold livery, on the Summerville Steam Special! It was my very first large-scale train chase and what an unforgettable experience!

Well folks, the launch of the #4501 back in her excursion green has been pushed back from May 9th to May 23rd because of unexpected issues, including weather. While we’ve been blessed with a few days of rain, it’s has caused delays in with TVRM finishing some rolling stock painting outdoors, so the engine won’t ready on time for the May 9th date. This shows why TVRM is working on securing funding for an indoor finishing shop to avoid weather delays. In the meantime, the Summerville trip will now be powered by Southern #5000. Still a blessing nevertheless to see #4501 bring out back in green for a short time! Stay tuned for more updates!

Hey everyone, big news. AFT 2026 has been canceled. According to the article, since it’s already four months into 2026, it just doesn't make sense to start now with nearly half the year gone. Oh well! I'm excited to see what other organizations are up to on their own.

Ladies and gentlemen, the American Freedom Train is back and a tour has been set up to celebrate the 250th birthday of the US!
According to the website:
“Five steam locomotives valued at $6M+ are lined up to pull the AFT.
Ten passenger cars valued at $5M are confirmed ready for the AFT.
Two diesel locomotives are secured to assist the steam locomotive.”
Yes, this means steam is returning to the mainline once again for this momentous occasion. Kind of makes me wonder what five engines it could be (2100 is probably one of them)? Here’s the link to the page: aft250.com/

Steam is returning to New Haven, Kentucky on May 16th & 17th!!! Yes, you heard me correctly!@KyRailMuseum is bringing in Jeddo Coal #85 for an all-inclusive weekend filled with excursions, photo shoots/charters, and “at-the-throttle” experiences to raise funds for the restoration of the museum’s centerpiece L&N 4-6-2 #152.
Might be making the drive up there to witness “Mack” in action 👀

Hello everyone! After just two months of ownership, I’m offering my Gleason-Peters whistle for sale. I recently upgraded to a locomotive whistle (video will be out soon), so this classic beauty is ready for someone who appreciates it. It comes with the bell and original languid plate, though it does not include the original bowl or valve. Custom parts would be more expensive than the whistle itself, so I prefer to pass it on as a perfect starter or display piece.
