Organic meat, fried chicken. I did not like it as much. I'll tell you why. But it's not the fault of the farms. For organic chicken

I always, I see.The chicken has a dark meat or purple colored blood.And I realize that doing some research is not the fault of the farms

These are air chilled chicken, meaning that they use air to clean it

That's why it's not like water falls out everywhere

However, because they're organic, the bone is usually more brittle

Also, the veins are everywhere.Because the chicken I heard is slaughtered when they're younger

I don't know how does that work.Because I thought organic chicken gets to live a lot longer

The meat is like a little bit more tough.Because i'm not sure if they have more muscles

Of course it tastes really good

In fact, because I was worried about if it was crocodile outside the overcook it

Drumsticks are not my favorite, but is not the fault.Because I also tried some of them from costco, too

For costco I tried the organic chicken, and it had exactly the same issue

So this is one flaw that I find with the chicken

The chicken breast is the best i've ever tasted

However, for the drumsticks, you still need to really cook it through

If I were to buy the separately, I definitely would not buy this even though i'm making good fried chicken with it

If you overcook the skin, it starts to taste bitter

I still have another pack of this.So i'm gonna give another try
