1.Product Description

The BZW-3.0T Series Fully Automatic Terminal Crimper is positioned as a customisable, multi-functional machine.

The platform is designed with up to 6 stations to meet the complex processing needs of automotive communication harnesses and new energy harnesses.

The machine can be connected to an MES system for data interaction.

NO.1 Internationalised individual design of the machine body, the whole structure is solid, simple and big.

NO.2 Adopting flexible wire feeding system to ensure the wire is not damaged and at the same time ensure the length and accuracy of wire feeding.

NO.3 Adoption of servo system to ensure the stability and consistency of crimping accuracy.

NO.4 PC operation interface with graphical display makes the operation more intuitive and simple.

NO.5 Embedded pressure management system for real-time product monitoring, defective product alarm and automatic removal.

NO.6 FAKRA wire harness, customised for ultra-short wire harness processing for new energy sources.
