Hi there, my name is Precious Hanah and welcome to my internet diary. In 2017 I moved to Ghana from the UK and have been navigating life here in the motherland and loving it! I love culture, dance and travel. I'm currently finishing my MPHIL in Dance Ethnography, at the University of Ghana, researching Afrobeats and Afro Dance. It's Independence Day Fam!! & this year there are a lot of mixed feelings. So many things are happening in Ghana right now and it's hard to say we are happy to reach 67 years of independence when it feels like we are moving backwards! Dr Nkrumah said 'forward ever, backwards never' but are we moving at all? Let me know in the comments what changes you would like to see in Ghana?
